Perry Presents City Council with Formal Request

Mary Cochran’s nephew, Mickey Perry stood at last night’s city council meeting to publicly request the De-annexation of Cochran’s 80 acres that was annexed in to the city last August.

Perry read and presented a letter to council members, written, signed by Cochran and notarized, stating that the property had been acquired by the city without Cochran’s knowledge of what she was signing.
